1.  Run 1st_Install_AccessControlManagerEngineSetup.exe  to install the ACM BDE database engine.
2.  Unzip 2nd_unzip_ACMBDE_Patch.zip into C:\ACMBDE
3.  If the user is not Administrator or OS = Win 7, Go into C:\ACMBDE and double click CopyBDECfg.bat 
    (just run it if you are not sure)
4.  Complete.
